I’m a casual user and for around the house after the storms its made cleanup a breeze. Compared to similar makes my friends have its by far the best, but I won’t tell them that. Observations are it’s a little heavy and I was lead to believe it had the quick chain tensioning feature which it did not.

I bought a new cub cadet chain saw so I thought I would get an extra chain. Amazon was pushing this one. Well when it came the box was different than the one shown, but the number was the same. When I went to put it on the chain was an inch too long. So I went to the local hardware store and looked at the oregon box….CUB CADET IS NOT EVEN LISTED ON THE BOX. The picture they show is either old or photo shopped. As i took so long to need it i am stuck with it. Thanks Amazon!

Stihl 036; Great, good, or just OK deal?
Picked up a Stihl 036 at an estate auction the other week for $140. The saw had some paint missing off the bottom and a little paint off the bar (20 inch). It also had a little discoloration where the Stihl Chainsaw Chains chain returns into the powerhead but other than that it was extremely clean. Guy at work was talking the other day about needing a chainsaw and I told him I might sell him this one. His eyes lit up when I said what it was and he said he’s really interested. Haven’t told him a price yet. My buddy said I should be able to get around $250 for it and that when it was new it was around $500. He said that Stihl’s last a lifetime. Is he right and is $250 a good price? Thanks.

Ok, so I just bought this chainsaw to take care of a pretty massive limb that fell in my yard. I read the instructions, mixed the oil with the gas, and readied myself for the lengthy launch sequence. Everything seemed to be going well, the launch sequenced appeared to work and the saw started, for 10 seconds. Then it stopped and it will not re-start. I waited an hour, went through the launch sequence again and nothing. Failed to start. I’ll try again in another hour, if it’s not raining. But for now a big fat 1 star. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

What is the oil to gas ratio for a Husqvarna 261 chainsaw?
I have a Husqvarna Chainsaw 261 but I’m not sure what to use and how much to mix. Could you help me out. Thanks.

Does anyone know much about the Stihl Kombi system?
I recently purchased the KM 55R and can not seem to find many reviews on it. I was curious Stihl Decals if anyone knew anything about the attachments? I am trying to find out if they are very useful. I am particularly interested in the BG KM blower. I am trying to find out if it is powerful or not. I am also trying to find out how well the pole trimmer attachment works.
