I bought this saw about a year ago. I’ve bought it for cutting up some trees to be used in our firepit. Since I’ve had it, I’ve cut up about 7 trees. Most of them being about 16 inches in diameter. It has been touchy from the start. My first issue with the saw was that after I started to cut the trees into smaller sections, as soon as I would take my hand off of the throttle, the saw would stall. I did a little reading and came up with….let the saw idial for about 30 seconds after starting it up. So, I did that and it appeared to work. Well, about a month ago, I took my saw to my dad’s house to fell a tree of his. What a pain in the arse. Whenever I put the saw on its side to attempt to cut a wedge, the saw sputters to a stall. I tried to use the saw again the other day….whenever I put a load on this saw, it wants to stall now. I tried to buy a medium duty saw for the homeowner and do it cheaply. I own a skilsaw chainsaw model 1641 type 3. I need to now how to adjust the carburetor. Gas Chainsaw Model Thanks?
The saw was given to me. Its never been used, just set for years. I replacement gas line and filter. I need to know what each of the screw adjustments.

I have had this machine for less than 2 years and already replaced both belts twice and the brush once. Now its ready again. After having it less than 1 month the squealing started, usually going backwards. Replaced the belts and it seems ok again for a few weeks then it starts again. This thing is terrible. I don’t care who made it (probably China or Mexico} I’ll never have another HOOVER!

How can I find computers and parts that are refurbished, Reconditioned Echo Chainsaw reconditioned, or pulls?

Easy to start, just follow the directions and you’ll have no trouble. The saw works great and the vibration is far less than I expected. Easy to maintain and adjust. I would recommend this for anyone needing a good chainsaw.

Chainsaw chain keeps coming loose?
After a few cuts the chain on an echo cs-306 model keeps coming loose.I accidentally ran it into the ground a bit Echo Chainsaw Cs 4400 when I was cutting a small stump with it and got some dirt on the chain, would this mess up the chain? I cleaned it as much as possible, however after about 2 minutes of cutting I have to tighten it again, or the chain will come off. Is this normal? (I know echo doesn’t make the best chainsaws)

trouble with riding lawn mower?please help?
i have a 1998 murray 40 inch cut riding lawn mower.where is the alternator at or sapost to be at on my riding lawn mower i can’t find it?it might be hidden under a panal or some thing?i have trouble with my mower when i turn the lights on,(the engine shuts off) but the lights stay on?so i can’t drive it with the lights on.if the alternator was working the engine would stay on with the lights on.i move a Echo Chainsaw Carburetor lot off stuff,lawn stuff and garage tools with my mower and trailer at night.i live on a farm,but i work as a tree trimmer not a farmer.also the starter switch is not working and the red wire wire melted i had to disconect the battery to get the starter to stop lol.i just been jump starting the mower.i was going to buy a new alternator for my riding mower but i can’t find the old one?where is it at?please help ———————————————————————————————— is it ok to use synthetic 5w-30 motor oil on my echo chainsaw in stead of bar oil?that is the only motor oil i got right now and i have to cut down (12) 10 or 12 inch inch trees tomorrow.thay are in my back yard.one of my riding mower tires gots a slow leak.will tire slime fix it?how do you use tire slime?do i have to take all the air out and take the tire off the rim to put it on?

What parts do I need to put an echo cs-60s chainsaw motor on an 18 speed mountain bike?
First of all, it has a centrifugal Echo Chainsaw Ignition Coil clutch. How can I make a bike chain work with it? Second of all, once I mount it, and set up the throttle, is there a way to make the bike go into something like neutral? aka engine running, but not moving the wheel?
