I bought a new cub cadet chain saw so I thought I would get an extra chain. Amazon was pushing this one. Well when it came the box was different than the one shown, but the number was the same. When I went to put it on the chain was an inch too long. So I went to the local hardware store and looked at the oregon box….CUB CADET IS NOT EVEN LISTED ON THE BOX. The picture they show is either old or photo shopped. As i took so long to need it i am stuck with it. Thanks Amazon!

i barely made it through one dead pine tree and the chain was dull. are these factory seconds? something was bad with mine right out of the package

How can I get oil to flow to the chain on my mcculloch chainsaw?
The oil port hole in the casing doesn’t seem to be clogged. When plunger is pumped, Mcculloch Chainsaw only a very little oil comes out. There is moderate resistance on the plunger when pumped. The saw is a “silver eagle”. I also emptied all oil from the reservoir and sprayed some carb cleaner. Pumped several times but very little fluid came out of the port hole.Any suggestions?

I have always used Poulan saws for over 20 years. Now with the new emission standards, the power is not what it used to be and the carbs get blocked up easily and it does not stay running. Time to look for a different brand.

Should i buy a poulan chainsaw?
I was looking Buy Poulan Chainsaw for a chainsaw that was cheap, could start up easily and will not break down on me quickly.
